The Vancouver Curling Club is pleased to host our 13th annual Barry Naimark Charity Skins on March 12-15, 2009. Barry was a member of our club who became a world curling champion in 1964. All monies raised by the event are donated to a charity pre-approved by our Board of Directors.
The local registered charity for the 2009 event is Talitha Koum. Talitha Koum is a spiritual recovery house for women who have been in conflict with society, with three residential houses in the lower mainland.
