As was announced in January 2010 edition of The Backline newsletter, the VCC Board of Directors finalized the date of the 2010 AGM as Tuesday, June 1st.

As we get ready to transition from our current building and into new facility, we will be operating under a new agreement from the Vancouver Park Board. The new agreement will require the club to have audited financial statement and this new practice will require additional time between the end of our fiscal year (March 31st) and the time of our AGM. Therefore, a decision was made to move the AGM meeting time this season as we already starting some of the internal financial changes that ensure we are ready for an audit.

All members are welcome to attend the AGM, and an official notice of meeting - complete with agenda and related AGM documents - was distributed to the membership on May 18th.
